These Terms govern your use of PALANIT's websites, tools and services. By using PALANIT you agree to them. If you use PALANIT on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
The service
PALANIT provides security tooling for AI agents: an open-source scanner (Palanit Core), a hosted platform (Palanit OS) and defense tools (Palanit Bot Killer, botprobe). Palanit Core is licensed separately under its open-source license; these Terms govern the hosted and website services.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PALANIT lawfully and only against systems you own or are authorized to test. In particular, you must not:
- Scan, probe or red-team any system you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
- Use PALANIT to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the hosted service.
- Submit unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights.
Authorization & responsibility
botprobe and other active testing tools send test traffic to the target you specify. You are solely responsible for ensuring you are authorized to test that target. PALANIT is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
Accounts & plans
Some features require a waitlist sign-up or a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Free trials convert to nothing automatically — paid features simply pause when a trial ends; your data is not deleted. You can cancel at any time.
No warranty
PALANIT is provided "as is". Security scanning reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a system is safe, and the absence of findings does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PALANIT and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
PALANIT, its name, branding and the hosted service are the property of the founder. Palanit Core is open source under its stated license. Your data and your scan inputs remain yours.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations of the acceptable-use rules. You may stop using PALANIT at any time.
