Who we are

PALANIT ("we", "us") provides security tooling for AI agents, including Palanit Core, Palanit OS and Palanit Bot Killer. For the purposes of data-protection law, the data controller is Stanislav Miziyev, reachable at [email protected].

What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use PALANIT, this may include:

• Waitlist & newsletter: your email address, and optionally the role and product interest you select.
• Hosted scanning (Palanit OS): the configuration or target you submit for scanning, and the resulting report. You can redact secrets before you scan; we do not persist raw credentials.
• Website analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate usage data (such as page views). We do not use advertising trackers.
• Support & contact: the content of messages you send us and the channel you used.

What we do not do

Palanit Core runs entirely on your own machine and sends nothing to us. We do not sell your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share your scan contents with third parties except the infrastructure providers strictly needed to deliver the service.

Why we process your data

We process data to: operate the waitlist and send the updates you asked for; run scans you request and show you the results; respond to your messages; keep the service secure; and meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent (for example, marketing emails), we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it. Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Scan inputs in the hosted service are retained only as long as needed to show you history, and can be deleted on request.

Sharing & processors

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run PALANIT — for example, infrastructure hosting, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe for payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not otherwise share your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but security is the core of what we do and we treat your data accordingly.

International transfers

PALANIT may process data on infrastructure located in different countries. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our processors.

Changes

We may update this policy as PALANIT grows (including after incorporation). We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
